Are RV’s Allowed? YES. If you have an active building permit, you can stay in an RV, only during building process. RVs cannot be left on lots unattended. Once you have your driveway, septic and house plans approved and issued you can get and affidavit to register your RV while you are building but you must have inspection every 180 days to keep your permit active.
Manufactured homes can be placed on a property, if they meet the requirements of Park County. “Mobile homes” are not allowed. Mobile homes are only allowed in mobile home parks not on residential zone district.
